Amenities
House Rules
We start you off on your stay with some coffee and an array of tea. Soap and toilet paper are included to get you started. We don't come in and clean or replenish the apartment with amenities. There is a broom, carpet sweeper and vacum cleaner stored in the kitchenette.
We ask that you please review the size of the kitchenette to ensure it will work out for a longer stay.
We make every effort to make you feel at home. If perchance there's something you can't find in the apartment just email or ring us and we'll help . . . .
* We're passionate believers in conserving energy. Please be mindful to turn offlights when you're not using them.

*PARKING: Your parking space is in the garage. If you have an extra car or guest there is an extra parking space outside your bedroom window. Parking around here looks plentiful but we are in unincorporated Marin County where parking ordinances for short-term rentals are being strictly monitored. If you have extra or oversized vehicles of any kind you must speak to us about how/where to park on the property before check-in.
* While we fully expect you to enjoy the yard, this is a non-smoking property. This means no smoking inside or out, no loud partying or heavy-duty drinking.
*No barbeques or candles
*Feel free to watch TV or listen to music but please keep it at a reasonable decibel especially after 10PM.
